Absolutely not. This isn’t a workout program—it’s a reset for your life. All fitness levels (and life chaos levels) welcome.

This is a group coaching experience, but there will be opportunities to ask questions and get direct feedback from Britany during live calls and inside the 24/7 community chat.

The live coaching of this program makes it highly personalized. Britany works directly with each participant to tailor the lessons to their individual lives. It also is highly interactive with the community by nature, which improves accountability (and makes it fun!).
This is not a copy-paste workout program or diet plan. The Reset explores your mindset and habits around your wellness routine, so that you’re armed with the self-awareness to go after any goals you have after the program is finished.
Unlike other programs, the goal of the Rest isn’t to improve 5 weeks of your life or complete 5 weeks of one outcome, but to instead shift your perspective and actions for years to come, so you can be consistent long term.
