A NOTE FROM BRITANY

Hey, I’m Britany! My mission is to help you realize that the distance between the life you’re currently living and the life you want to live isn’t nearly as big as you think. Whether it's fitness, your career, or motherhood, I'm here to help you reach for more, without losing sight of humor and self-love. I believe in a realistic, laugh-at-yourself approach to fitness, motherhood, and life. Thanks for being here!

CERTIFIED FITNESS TRAINER

With over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry and a background in competitive distance running, I'm passionate about making fitness fun and effective. It brings me joy to help women feel confident and empowered through simple, enjoyable workouts.

MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER

As a young athlete diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I faced significant challenges. Yet, I’ve learned that adversity can fuel incredible growth. Today, as a mom and a fitness instructor, I'm passionate about inspiring others to overcome obstacles and embrace their full potential. Let’s work together to turn your challenges into triumphs.

NEW MOM

After giving birth prematurely due to the rare form of pre-eclampsia called HELLP Syndrome, my perspective on motherhood shifted dramatically. I’ve learned that motherhood doesn’t have to mean losing yourself, even though it’s definitely hard AF at times! It’s about finding a new balance and embracing the chaos while becoming a better version of yourself.

COMMUNITY BUILDER

After spending a decade climbing the corporate ladder in a high-pressure sales role, I shifted my career in my mid-thirties to focus on building a community of women who want to see each other rise. I believe in the power of connection and I aim to help women lift each other up, share experiences, and celebrate our successes together no matter your stage of life or circumstances.

Q & A

Let’s have some fun with a little Q & A

  • To be yourself. As someone in the social media space, it’s easy to want to conform to others. It was the same when I had a corporate job – it was easy to do what I thought was expected of me or what would lead to a promotion. But I've always found that authenticity leads to the best results.

  • Oprah Winfrey (duh), 2000s David Beckham, and my late grandmother. My grandma would probably roll her eyes at Beckham’s attendance, but I'll face the music!

  • “Runaway” by Galantis. The intro lyrics “I think I can fly” give me chills to this day. Oh, or “Get Low” by Lil Jon and the Ying Yang Twins. That song doesn’t give me chills but it does get me on the dance floor.

  • Does Shavasana count? Kidding! If I could only do one exercise for the rest of my life, it would be running. Running was my first love and brings me a lot of joy... and heartache... but mainly joy.
