Each week includes a 90-minute session combining wellness education, guided reflection and intentional community connection. You’ll also have opportunities to explore Cascada’s world-class thermal springs and fitness studios as part of your Reset.

BRITANY WILLIAMS
Britany is former corporate workaholic turned fitness coach, speaker, and wellness educator known for her realistic approach to building sustainable routines.
With over a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry and a global online community, Britany blends science, strategy, and empathy to help busy professionals reconnect to their goals and find work/life balance that lasts.
This marks her first and only in-person lifestyle coaching experience in Portland— a curated opportunity to reset in real time, together.

This experience is for busy professionals, parents, and anyone ready to feel more in control of their routines and energy.
You don’t need to be at a certain fitness level, just open to learning, reflecting, and reconnecting with your wellness habits in a way that fits your life.

Each 90-minute session blends wellness lessons, mindset coaching, and intentional reflection.
You’ll participate in a guided workshop led by Britany, followed by group discussion to integrate what you’ve learned.
You’ll also have the option to attend unlimited fitness classes + gym access at Cascada during your 5 week program, plus one 3-hour Thermal Springs visit

No membership is required. The Routine Reset is open to the public though space is limited to keep the experience intimate and personalized

Each week builds on the last so you will maximize your experience attending all 5 sessions, but if you cannot make a session for whatever reason, Britany can provide all session materials + a recording to keep you on track.

Your Routine Reset enrollment includes unlimited access to Cascada’s gym and fitness classes during the program dates as well as one Thermal Springs visit to be used during the program.
Any additional hotel or spa treatments can be booked separately via Cascada’s website.

Should you need to cancel prior to the start of the program, you may receive a Cascada credit, which can be used towards select Cascada services such as the Thermal Springs, spa and fitness classes
